Warranty
Pixel Pegs® comes with a 1-year limited warranty, and lifetime support.
This warranty excludes damage or defect caused by abuse, modifications, improper installation or operation, poor maintenance, wear and tear from normal usage. Each unit is made to order and therefore we do not accept returns.
An extended warranty is available.
Pixel Pegs are built using reliable designs and high-quality components, so you should not even need our standard warranty. However some customers prefer the added security and piece of mind of an extended warranty so we offer one at an additional cost.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty grants you (the “buyer”) certain rights. You may be granted other rights by your state, province or locality.
We (Science Kinetics, the “seller”) provide our warranty, that for a period of 12 months (the “Warranty Period”) the seller is responsible for repair, replacement or refund related to material defects or manufacturing errors. The seller determines if the warranty applies to the issue. This Warranty Period begins the day of departure from the shipping location of the seller.
The buyer is obligated to help the seller in warranty related issues. The buyer may incur additional charges, like shipping or labor costs, in order for seller to provide warranty work.
Refunds are only provided if replacement is not available. Replacement is only available if repair is not feasible.
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited by the duration of the Warranty Period, unless prohibited by the laws of your locality.
Change to the Warranty Period or the associated scope of services (“repair, replacement or refund”) cannot be implied through action or statement by either the buyer or seller without mutual written agreement by both parties.
This limited warranty only applies during the Warranty Period and only covers material defects or identifiable human error in construction.

This limited warranty only extends to the original buyer and not to any person to whom ownership has been transferred.
