What type of flooring surrounding the unit is recommended?

We recommend a soft floor covering like Carpet or Rubber. We do not recommend a hard surface like tile or concrete. If the floor surface is hard, we recommend placing a rug or mat below the unit to help prevent the acrylic pegs from chipping if they are dropped to a hard floor.

What payment methods do you accept?



We accept Bank Transfers, Checks, Apple Pay, and Credit Cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We now also accept PayPal and the cryptocurrencies; Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH), and Cardano (ADA) as forms of payment for our services. We will consider other crypto assets, coins, or tokens for payment as well. You will need to contact us to pay with crypto or PayPal.

What currencies do you accept?

All sales are calculated using the United States Dollar and need to be exchanged in USD unless payment is in crypto.



Do you charge sales tax?


Pixel Pegs is based in the US, so unless you are tax-exempt, we're required to charge sales tax in our home state of Ohio. We may also be required to charge sales tax in other states, depending on economic nexus laws. Sales tax is automatically calculated during checkout.



Do you offer a price-match guarantee?



If you find a comparable product for a lower price somewhere else, we'll do our best to match it. We have made Pixel Pegs to be the best available, so there is a reason why we should not be the lowest price. But we should be the highest value. To get a price match, contact us before placing your order.



Shipping



How much does shipping cost?



Shipping costs depend on your location. If you are outside of the U.S., please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your order due to international shipping restrictions.

How do I get free shipping?



We are offering FREE shipping to customers in the contiguous United States!

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii: We want to offer free shipping to you as well, but the costs can be much higher, so we can’t guarantee that we can cover all of the shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International shipping is available at an additional cost. We have shipped to many countries around the world. Please visit our Shipping page for more information.



Depending on your location, duties and tax may be charged upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to international shipping restrictions.



Do you offer express shipping?



Generally we are able to provide express shipping for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your express shipping needs.



When should I expect my order?



Delivery times will vary due to location and our production schedule. We are generally able to ship with a 2-4 week lead time. Sometimes we have versions that are ready to ship in a few days, other times, especially with custom orders, the lead-time can be around 12 weeks. We do offer rush jobs for custom projects at an additional cost.



Returns



What is your return policy?



Because our products are large, of high value, and many times built to order, unfortunately we don't accept returns.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can accept cancellations for standard configurations within 7 days of placing the order with a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations up to 3 days before shipping are possible with a 30% cancellation fee.

We can accept cancellations for custom configurations within 7 days of placing the order with a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations up to 3 days before shipping are possible with a 65% cancellation fee.

Something's wrong with my order. What do I do?


If there's something wrong with your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to get it sorted out.

Can I exchange an item I ordered?


We do not currently process exchanges. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to get it sorted out.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for resale?
